Unused Credits

Refunds are only applicable if none of the purchased credits have been used.

Technical Issues

If our system's technical failure prevents you from using the service, we guarantee a full refund.

Non-Refundable Items

Used Credits

Once credits have been used, that pack is no longer refundable.

Daily Free Credits

Free credits have no cash value and cannot be refunded.

Promotional Offers

Activated promotional offers or special deals are not refundable.
