You can request a refund within 7 days of purchasing credits.
Unused Credits
Refunds are only applicable if none of the purchased credits have been used.
Technical Issues
If our system's technical failure prevents you from using the service, we guarantee a full refund.
Non-Refundable Items
Used Credits
Once credits have been used, that pack is no longer refundable.
Daily Free Credits
Free credits have no cash value and cannot be refunded.
Promotional Offers
Activated promotional offers or special deals are not refundable.
How to Request a Refund

Submit Refund Request
Select "Refund Request" as the subject and include your Transaction ID.
Review & Process
Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours and process the refund via your original payment method.
Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (PayPal/Stripe) within 5-10 business days.
